<p>I personally drink the Advocare Post Work Out Recovery Shakes imediately following completion of my work outs.&#160; The within 1 hour of finishing my work outs I drink the Advocare Muscle Gain Shakes. 	<description><![CDATA[<p>Hey guys I would appreciate prayer for my oldest daughter as she undergoes testing to find out about some health issues she is dealing with. Also my brother Terry is undergoing treatment for Hepatitis Type C. Physically he is&#160; not doing too well and he has some menatl health issues he is dealing with as well. I will be traveling tomorrow to spend week end with my brother so we request prayer for a safe trip as well thanks. I will be back in touch next week when we are home from our visit.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>The don&#39;t for Herbal Cleanse say no Caffine Products, I was curious we always told our people they could drink Spark for Energy during the cleanse phase,especially if they&#160;were doing this in prep for 24 Day Challenge/Fit. I just reviewed the instruction sheet that come with the Herbal Cleanse and find nothing in there about caffine restriction during the cleanse.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello Everyone!&#160;</p>
<p>My name is Laura and I&#39;m from Connecticut. I joined the skinny jeans club a little over a month ago. So far, I have lost 10.5 pounds!!! That&#39;s right 10.5 POUNDS in roughly 3 WEEKS!&#160;</p>
<p>Sounds crazy right? Well, here&#39;s how I did it:</p>
<p>First of all I joined the club. This the key to my success. My skinny jeans leader, Shawn, was in contact me on the phone within 2 days. Shawn got me on the weekly club call and the topic of that week was Cleansing.</p>
<p>Curious, I emailed Shawn about the benefits and recommendations of cleanse. He called that afternoon and we did a 3-way call with Real. By the end of the call, I was sure this was the right path for me to take. Shawn and Real, along with a helpful email from Michelle (Real&#39;s wife), got me set on the 10 day cleanse.&#160;Honestly, the cleanse is easy on your stomach and digestive tract.&#160;</p>
<p>After 6 days on the cleanse, I had lost 7 lbs! It was the easiest 7 pounds I&#39;ve ever lost. No hardcore workouts...just walked a little further each day. Nothing radical... I would follow the cleanse regiment, have a meal replacement shake, a snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. I was eating healthier (cut out my crutch of coffee and caffeine) and smaller, more frequent meals. It fit easily into my hectic schedule (work during the day and school at night). And with the Spark, I didn&#39;t even miss coffee. I stayed focused and energized in classes at night after working during the day.&#160;</p>
<p>I continued to go on the weekly club calls as well as follow up with Shawn and Real. After the cleanse, I began taking MNS-E, which is weight-loss/appetite supplements that were recommended. I began this only a few days ago and am now down 3.5 more pounds!&#160;</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>One of the easiest things we can do for&#160;exercise&#160;is to walk. &#160;We can walk inside when it rains, we can walk outside when its nice. &#160;Walking is cheap and needs no special&#160;equipment&#160;or skills. &#160;We can walk in groups or by ourselves.</p>

<p>Some places we can walk and not even notice it could be the mall, the store, a school, airport, work, parking lot, gym or a track.</p>
