Eat Breakfast!
This is not an option. And the absolute key to weight loss & energy throughout the day.  Break-fast actually breaks the fast from sleeping.
Try to get at least 20 grams of protein in your body in the first 45 minutes of waking up. It will boost your metabolism for the day and actually help you burn more calories throught the day.

Eat 5-6 small meals per day
This will reduce the likelihood of binge eating or eating something nhealthy in a pinch, as well to help maintain your blood sugar level and control moodiness. Eating every 2-3 hours will help keep your metabolism burning throughout the day.

Eat foods high in protein
Protein is the building blocks of muscle. Consume about 1.5 grams of protein per kg of body weight by eating the correct amount of protein you will maximize your training efforts.

Start your day with a glass of water
You just woke up after a nice 8 hours of sleep, what are the chances you are de-hydrated? Pretty good! Great solution is Advocare Rehydrate just before bed, you won't wake up dehydrated, you'll sleep better & it's great for your skin.

Avoid juices and sodas
All those sugary drinks sure taste good but are packed with sugar and sugar equals calories. Your main source of hydration should always be water.

Eat as many vegetables as possible
Vegetables are a great way to eat carbs and lose weight at the same time. Plus they contain nutrients and nutrients equals energy.

Read the labels
Just because it's the cheapest it doesn't mean it's the best. Watch for ingredients such as sodium, trans fat, calories, sugar, and fat, the less of these the better.

Limit bread consumption
Too many of us pig out on breads, 5-6 meals per day. Unless expending a ton of energy you don't need that much bread. Eat bread products earlier in the day when your body has time to burn it off.

Limit sugar intake
Remember sugar equals calories, and sugar is easily converted to fat.

Avoid creamy sauces
Sauces like ranch and caesar salad dressing and mayonnaise is among the worst for fat content.

Eat nutrient dense foods
Foods such as kiwis, oranges, eggs, broccoli, beans, green leafy vegetables.

Remember the Detox
You should cleanse your system about every 90 days. Kinda like cleaning the lint trap in your dryer, everything just works better. Any white sugar, white flour or fried or greasy foods you've eaten have left behind a residue. Try Advocare Herbal Body Cleanse.
